Cancelation and refund Policy

At Lingzhi Global Nigeria Limited, we are committed to delivering quality products and services to our customers and partners. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for order cancellations, event participation cancellations, and refund requests.

1. Product Orders

  • Order Cancellation: Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of purchase provided the order has not been processed or shipped.
  • Shipped Orders: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

2. Event Registrations

  • Cancellation by Participant:
    • Cancellations received at least 14 days before the event will qualify for a full refund (less applicable administrative charges).
    • Cancellations received within 7–13 days before the event will receive a 50% refund.
    • Cancellations received less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable.
  • Event Cancellation by Lingzhi Global: If we cancel or reschedule an event, participants may choose to transfer their registration to the new date or request a full refund.

3. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days using the same method of payment originally used.
  • Customers may be asked to provide proof of purchase and bank/payment details for verification.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used products.
  • Digital products, training materials, or memberships once accessed or activated.
  • Shipping or handling fees.

5. Exchanges

  • Damaged or defective products may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Customers must notify us immediately with supporting evidence (e.g., photos of damaged item).
